At Divided Dreams, we understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining fairness to our counselors and other clients. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time without any penalty.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is subject to availability and approval by the counselor.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee, and repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

If a session is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund or opt for rescheduling.

In special circumstances (such as medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling options may be granted at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by Divided Dreams

In rare cases where Divided Dreams needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
